Every custom piece begins with your story. Whether you're creating something entirely new or personalizing an existing design, we're honored to be part of the journey.

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review our custom order policy below.

1. Custom Design Process

Every custom project is unique, but most orders follow these steps:

Design & Quotation
Order Confirmation
CAD Design (when applicable)
Your Approval
Production
Quality Inspection

We'll keep you informed throughout the process and are always happy to answer questions along the way.

2. Your Design, Your Approval

Before production begins, you'll have the opportunity to review and approve your design.

We encourage you to carefully check all details, including the design, measurements, metal, gemstones, engraving, and ring size (if applicable), to ensure everything is exactly as you'd like it.

Once production begins, further changes may not be possible.

3. Design Changes

Minor revisions are welcome during the design stage.

Once production has started, changes may require additional time or costs, depending on the nature of the request.

4. Production Time

Because every custom piece is crafted especially for you, production time varies depending on the design, materials, and craftsmanship involved.

We'll provide an estimated production timeline before work begins and keep you updated throughout the process.

For business partners and larger custom projects, a dedicated team member will coordinate production and communication to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience. When appropriate, we may also share production updates, photos or videos, or arrange online meetings to discuss project details and progress.

Our goal is to make every custom project transparent, collaborative, and enjoyable from concept to completion.

5. Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be canceled, as materials have been prepared and production is already underway.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because custom jewelry is made especially for you, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs from the design you approved, please let us know. We'll work with you to make it right.

7. Customer-Provided Gemstones

To ensure quality, security, and efficient communication, we currently accept customer-provided gemstones for wholesale OEM & ODM projects only.

Before production begins, our team will evaluate each gemstone to confirm that it is suitable for the intended design and manufacturing process. While every reasonable care will be taken during production, the unique characteristics of natural and previously set gemstones mean that we cannot guarantee against damage during manufacturing.
